We focus on how an order keeps moving
Most manufacturers already have an ERP, an MES, spreadsheets, and a set of shop-floor habits. The recurring questions are more immediate. Can this order ship on time, where is the bottleneck, and which committed orders move when a rush order enters the plan?
Kavop works on those questions. It reads orders, routings, machines, materials, shifts, and due dates so planners can review candidates within the represented scope before the company makes a customer promise.
Scheduling and due dates come first
The current core product is an AI-assisted production scheduling and order due-date workspace. It can work with ERP exports, spreadsheets, existing schedules, and operating rules to compare plans and explain late orders, bottlenecks, and rush-order impact.
Planners remain responsible for adjustment and approval. Kavop supports export, while controlled release remains limited in scope. It does not take over production-critical decisions.
Validate it with one real order set
A project can start with anonymized orders, one workshop, or one planning cycle. The first version uses read-only material, makes no write-back to production systems, and does not require perfect master data on day one.
When the material is suitable, the working target is a first reviewable plan within seven to ten business days. Your team can inspect the result, the risk explanation, and the adjustment process before deciding what comes next.
The operating boundary stays visible
Kavop is not positioned as an unsupervised production system and does not replace an ERP or MES. Order coordination and ocean shipment are part of the longer operating path, while current external validation remains centered on APS scheduling.
Customer names, logos, operating figures, and outcome claims are published only after verification and explicit permission. Customer stories will grow as those materials become publishable.
