When you request a product demo, we collect your company, name, role, phone number, selected product, and any email address or notes you choose to provide.
The site also processes basic technical information needed to complete and protect the request, such as network address, submission time, and request status. We use it to prevent abuse and investigate submission failures.
How we use it
We use this information only to confirm the request, prepare the demo, discuss your product needs, and keep the request service secure and reliable.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for automated marketing unrelated to your request.
Storage and service providers
Demo requests are stored in business systems controlled by Kavop. Providers supporting website hosting and email notifications may process the necessary information under our instructions.
We retain information only as long as needed to handle the request, follow up reasonably, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete submitted information, or withdraw from further contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out with your consent.
